What does warranty cover?
The S4R Warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts during the Warranty Period.All of our High Quality products carry a 3-Month Warranty. This is limited to aftermarket or 3rd Party parts. The warranty period for our High Quality products parts sold by S4R carry this 3 Month warranty from the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
If there seems to be a Hardware related problem with part within the Warranty period, simply get in touch with us.
You will need to provide us with your original proof of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the part needs to be returned and is within the first 7 days of purchase, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping it to us. If it is more than 7 days since the purchase you will be responsible for the cost of couriering the device back to us. Once we have validated the issue we will issue you a replacement within 5 business days.
If you make a validated warranty claim within 7 days of the purchase date, we will replace the item with a product that meets the same specifications. If a replacement cannot be sourced, a full refund will be issued.
We don't accept returns for refund if there is change in mind. So please buy carefully.
